Product Support
Following the acquisition of certain assets and the complete set of intellectual property of Cakewalk Inc. Close and browse the legacy Cakewalk website. The Cakewalk Product is provided to you free of charge, and on an "AS IS" basis, without any technical support or warranty of any kind from Cakewalk including, without limitation, a warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other proprietary legends found on the original. This Agreement contains the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes jm-1g prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
You may not export or reexport, directly or indirectly, the Cakewalk Product into any country prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder. You may not make or distribute copies of the Cakewalk Product, or electronically rlland the Cakewalk Product from one computer to another or over a network.
